Photography Session Fees & Policies

Session Fee

The session fee covers the time and materials involved in creating the finished artwork, including:

- Booking and planning

- Travel to the session location

- The first hour of photography on location

- Post-processing of the finished images

- Final image upload and delivery

Additional charges may apply for extended session time and travel.

Session Rates

- First hour on location: $350

- Each additional hour: $100

Session time will be rounded up to the next full hour.

Travel Fees

Travel within 75 miles is included in the session fee.

For travel exceeding 75 miles:

- Base travel fee: $75

- Additional mileage: $1 per mile beyond 75 miles

Reshoots and Redo Sessions

Redo sessions may be offered at the photographer’s discretion and will be billed at 50% of the originally quoted session fee.

If the photographer requests a reshoot after the scheduled session has been completed, the client will receive a refund equal to 25% of the original session fee.

Rescheduling

The photographer may reschedule a session due to weather conditions or scheduling conflicts. Rescheduled sessions are not eligible for a refund.
